Centenary United Methodist Church is currently advertising for two part-time positions:
1. Business Manager (10-12 hours per week) and/or
2. Administrative Assistant (18-20 hours per week)
A strong financial background is required for the Business Manager position. The Administrative position requires routine office administration skills, as well as some creativity with the newsletter, bulletin, etc. It is possible that the two positions could be combined. Both positions require attention to detail; ability to multitask; communicate well with the staff, church leaders, and the congregation, and have a positive outlook. Confidentiality is a requirement for both positions.
Our church is a small congregation with a large heart for missions. We are seeking to fill a position with a person(s) who is a motivated, independent thinker - but one who is an important part of the team.
